Descripción

La Válvula Doble Solenoide Dungs – Series DMV ZR/602, combina dos válvulas de cierre de seguridad en una carcasa compacta, que puede conectarse de forma independiente o en paralelo. Válvula 2 incorpora dos etapas, que se pueden configurar en dos rejillas firin diferentes. Ambas velocidades de disparo son ajustables en el campo y pueden modular de mayor a menor durante la operación del quemador.

  • La válvula 1 (V1) de las series DMV-ZRD y DMVZRDLE es de apertura y cierre rápidos.
  • La válvula 2 (V2) es una válvula de dos etapas.

V2 del DMV-ZRD se abre rápidamente, mientras que V2 del DMV-ZRDLE se abre lentamente para un apagado más suave. Max. El ajuste de flujo en V2 proporciona flujo principal variable en ambos modelos.
Los perfiles internos y el diseño compacto optimizan el flujo y proporcionan una baja caída de presión. Tres estilos de carrocería reducen el inventario.
El montaje directo de los siguientes accesorios crea un tren de válvulas compacto sin tuberías adicionales: regulador de presión, interruptores de alta y baja presión de gas, sistema de prueba de válvula y adaptador de línea de ventilación.

✔️ Aplicaciones

– El DMV-ZR se recomienda para aplicaciones de calefacción industrial y comercial, donde dos válvulas de cierre automático y se requiere modular entre dos velocidades de disparo durante la operación del quemador.

– La válvula modular doble DMV-ZR de dos etapas es adecuada para gas natural seco, propano, butano, aire y gases inertes.

– Un gas “seco” tiene un punto de rocío inferior a +15 ° F y su humedad relativa es inferior al 60%.
